Gender Equality and Diversity Policy



Background

The policy covers all discrimination grounds as regulated in the Discrimination Act

    • Age (encompassing children, youth, and the elderly without any lower or upper age limit)

    • Gender (negative treatment based on gender identity, including individuals who intend
      to change or have changed their gender identity)

    • Gender Identity (individuals with a gender identity or expression that permanently or
      periodically deviates from the gender norm, such as transvestites or intersex individuals).

    • Ethnicity (national or ethnic origin, skin color, or any similar circumstance, including
      unfounded beliefs about race and sweeping references to perceptions of immigrants'
      characteristics, appearance, or background)

    • Religion or other belief (Religion or other belief includes, for example, Buddhism,
      atheism, and agnosticism)

    • Disability (Disability refers to lasting physical, mental, or cognitive limitations in a
      person's functional ability)

    • Sexual orientation (homosexual, heterosexual, or bisexual orientation).

Goals and Activities

    • At Glitter, everyone should have equal opportunities to be seen, heard, and develop
      within the company, regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, sexual
      orientation, disability, ethnicity, religion, or other beliefs

    • All Glitter employees should have knowledge of the company's stance and goals in
      promoting equal treatment and gender equality

    • Glitter should include policies on Occupational Health and Diversity in the orientation of
      new employees

    • Glitter's stores and operations should, to the greatest extent possible, reflect the
      surrounding community in terms of employee and managerial composition.

    • All managers should be well-versed in Glitter's recruitment policy

    • Glitter aims to achieve a balanced gender distribution in all workplaces and encourages
      both women and men to apply for vacant positions. Glitter actively and systematically
      works to attract more men to apply for our vacant positions

    • Working conditions at Glitter should be tailored for everyone, encompassing both the
      physical and psychosocial work environment

    • An anonymous whistleblower function is established via the intranet
